Agricultural Producers to Be Exempted From Taxes for Five Years

Amendments have been made to the law on tax exemptions for agricultural producers.

The terms of tax exemptions applied to agricultural producers will be extended.

According to the amendments, agricultural producers will be exempted from profit and valued added tax, simplified tax and property tax for five-year term starting from January 1, 2014.

Agricultural producers have been exempted from taxes for a period of three years starting from January 1, 2001.
